Originally from the western area of Germany, Bastian has been travelling for the past 10 years, before he recently moved to Berlin. He is curious about balancing the advantages of a city like Berlin and the nurturing power of nature.
For years, he followed his passion kitesurfing and turned his hobby into a profession. He lived in numerous countries worldwide, where he l worked as a kitesurf instructor.
He learned to teach people how to deal with the elements, to build self-confidence and to push - or exceed - personal limits.
When he moved back to Germany, he worked as one of the first Feelgood Managers. One of his main tasks was to provide people with emotional support.
Bastian practiced yoga and breathwork for many years. Enthusiastic about the healing power for body and mind, he dealt extensively with the subject, practiced breathwork techniques and yoga daily and became a certified breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher
